Items to Remember
Please check the following while opening an account:

Name, address, phone number and date of birth have been stated correctly.

Occupation, financial and bank details have been written.

Signature on Account Opening Forms, (on all the relevant pages of the agreement), Risk Disclosure document, Power of Attorney, etc.

Photographs.
-
Name and signature of witnesses as relevant is present.
Required documents for account opening - Individuals

Duly filled up Al Ramz Account Opening Form

Copy of valid passport and family book.
-
Copy of the ID or Driving License (if available).

For a representative (agent), copy of the power of attorney duly authenticated by authorized notary public in addition to the copy of the agent passport is required.

For minor investors (under 21) whose guardians are not their fathers should attach custody documents authenticated by a notary public in addition to copy of the guardian passport.

Duly filled up Al Ramz Account Opening Form

Copy of valid passport and family book.

Copy of any government issued ID (e.g. Driving License).

For a representative (agent), copy of the power of attorney duly authenticated by authorized notary public in addition to the copy of the agent passport is required.

For minor investors (under 21) whose guardians are not their fathers should attach custody documents authenticated by an authorized notary public in addition to copy of the guardian passport.

Relevant investor application forms (such as Al Ramz Accounting Opening Form) duly filled-up

Copies of valid trade license (Municipality and Chamber of Commerce)

The contract of company establishment.

The list of Board of Directors, partners and their nationalities.

Letter listing the names of Authorized Signatories and those authorized to trade in the financial markets, and their privileges

Copies of passports and family books, as applicable for all authorized investors

Power of Attorney from the company allowing for signatory power

Relevant investor application forms (such as Al Ramz Accounting Opening Form) duly filled-up

Copies of valid trade license (Municipality and Chamber of Commerce)

Valid registration certificate issued by Ministry of Economy duly authenticated by U.A.E Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
